PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a front structure of a saddle riding vehicle that can compatively attain both of weight reduction and the flow control of travelling wind in a configuration including a member that deforms by push-up by a front fender. SOLUTION: A flow control member 41 with a downward and backward inclined surface 41A for guiding the travelling wind to a cowl bottom board opening 15 that is open backward a front wheel 5 is disposed in an upper part of the front wheel of the cowl member 11. The flow control member 41 is formed of a sponge material. When the front wheel 5 moves upward through the operation of a front fork, the front fender 7 contacts with the inclined surface 41A.
