PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an exhaust gas utilization generator capable of facilitating arrangement of thermoelectric conversion elements on existing equipment. SOLUTION: The exhaust gas utilization generator includes: a hollow outer frame member fittable into the inside of a tubular structure formed with an exhaust gas flow passage; thermoelectric conversion elements disposed on an inner wall surface of the outer frame member; and a draw-out electrode for taking out electric power from the thermoelectric conversion elements to the outside.
