PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a manufacturing method capable of suppressing variation in color tone. SOLUTION: A floor material 1 is manufactured by coating a surface 3 of a plate body 2 having decorative grooves 4 and V-shaped grooves 9 and 10, and thereafter cutting the plate body 2 along the V-shaped grooves 9 and 10 so as to thereby form chamfer parts 5 and 6. End surfaces 11 and 12 of the floor material 1 have a tongue part 13 and a female tongue part 14, respectively. The tongue part 13 is a protrusion and the female tongue part 14 is a recess.
