PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a sanitary washing device capable of not only obtaining excellent appearance design without a complicated structure but also obtaining good workability in placing a water supply pipe to a hand washing part. SOLUTION: The sanitary washing device includes: a washing water tank for storing washing water; and a spout 8 (water discharge part) provided above the washing water tank and including a water discharge port 8a for discharging water supplied through a predetermined path. And the sanitary washing device includes: a tank cover body 20 including a tank cover part 22 for covering the washing water tank, and a hand washing bowl part 23, which is integrally formed with the tank cover part 22, having a bowl surface 9 for receiving water from the discharge port 8a; and a rear cover body 30 attached to an opening part 21 which opens the interior space of the tank cover body 20 from the rear face of the tank cover body 20, and for covering the opening formed in the opening part 21.
