A lighting device may be provided which comprises: a heat sink (140) comprising a flat surface (142) and a guide (143) which is disposed on an outer circumference of the flat surface (142) and comprises a projection (143-2); a light emitting module (130) disposed on the flat surface (142); and a cover (110) coupled to the guide (143) of the heat sink (140) and comprising a hole (111a) corresponding to the projection (143-2), wherein the cover (110) is limited to rotate by the coupling of the projection (143-2) of the guide (143) and the hole (111a) of the cover (110), and wherein the heat sink (140) and the cover (110) are limited to separate from each other by the coupling of the projection (143-2) of the guide (143) and the hole (111a) of the cover (110). |
