PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a polyol composition for producing a flexible polyurethane foam in which a change of foam hardness is small even at a low temperature, that is, temperature dependency of the foam hardness is low, and resilience is low.SOLUTION: A polyol composition (B) for producing a flexible polyurethane foam includes 5-39% by weight of a polyester polyol (A) having a hydroxy group of 3-4 functionalities per 1 molecule based on a weight of the polyol composition (B), wherein an ester group concentration (mmol/g) of (B) is 0.1-7.0. A hydroxy group value (mgKOH/g) of (A) is preferably 50-150. A hydroxy group value (mgKOH/g) of (B) is preferably 40-150. An ethylene oxide unit content of (B) is preferably 1-15% by weight based on a weight of (B). |
