<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To automatically perform a layout by filling a desired number of images having an identical aspect ratio in a display area with the frames aligned with no gap. <P>SOLUTION: An information processing apparatus comprises: a counter section that counts the number of plural images; a setting section that sets a display area having an area n×n (where "n" is an integer value equal to or greater than a square root of the counted number of the images) as the respective lengths of one side of the display area relative to a unit image having a minimum size and an aspect ratio when arranging the images in a display area with no gap; a calculation section that calculates the respective numbers of enlarged images of single or plural sizes necessary for arranging enlarged images and unit images of single or plural sizes, the sizes of one side equal to the same integer times the unit images, with no gap based on the counted number of the pictures and the set value of integer number n; and a layout section that arranges enlarged images of single or plural sizes and the unit image in the display area based on the calculated necessary number of enlarged images of single or plural sizes. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT</p> |
