PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To select a base station during parameter setting. SOLUTION: During selection of a base station to which connection is made so as to receive a communication parameter and reception of the communication parameter from the base station or an external device communicating with the base station, when a base station to which connection is made when reception of the communication parameter has failed activates a communication parameter setting process as a providing device which provides a communication parameter, the base station is selected.
