PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a time display device capable of increasing the interest by displaying a time effectively using images of a hour hand and a minute hand of an analog clock. SOLUTION: A digital camera (10) includes: a CPU (20) for acquiring an image containing a minute hand (3), an hour hand (4) and a dial (5); an image acquisition unit (70) for acquiring the image of the hands portion and the image of the dial portion from which the image of the hands portion is removed, from the acquired image of the minute hand (3), hour hand (4) and dial (5); an image composing unit (90) for preparing a composite image by composing the images of the minutes hand (3) and the hour hand (4) on the acquired image of the dial (5); and the CPU (20) for displaying the composite image on a liquid crystal display unit (100) so as to display the present time.
