PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a curable composition capable of crosslinking and curing a silylated metalloxane oligomer by hydrosilylation reaction, particularly a resin composition which is thermosetting shows a high refractive index, and can be applied not only as a thin film but as a thick film, and to provide a cured product obtained by curing the resin composition. SOLUTION: The curable composition includes a silylated metalloxane oligomer represented by general formula below, a compound which has at least two Si-H bond-containing groups in one molecule and does not have a siloxane bond, and a curing catalyst. The formula is M<SB>α</SB>O<SB>β</SB>(OSiR<SP>1</SP>R<SP>2</SP>R<SP>3</SP>)<SB>γ</SB>(OR)<SB>δ</SB>, wherein M represents a titanium atom or a zirconium atom; and at least two of all of R<SP>1</SP>, R<SP>2</SP>, and R<SP>3</SP>in the molecule are each an alkenyl group.α,β,γ, andδare natural numbers which satisfy the following:α≥2, 1.8α≥β≥α,γ+δ=4α-2β, andγ≥2.
