PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an inexpensive flushing operation device that requires only a small number of components and that can reduce a space occupied in a flushing tank. SOLUTION: A pull-up arm 124 is extended out downward in a horizontal-direction position between a ball chain for feces flushing and a ball chain for urine flushing, which are separated to right and left sides in a front view with respect to a spindle 96 connected to a flushing handle and which hang downward from attachment portions 116 and 118. A leading end 124a of the pull-up arm 124 is pulled up by being hooked on either of the ball chain for the feces flushing and the ball chain for the urine flushing by the one-direction rotation of the spindle 96, and pulled up by being hooked on the other ball chain by the other-direction rotation of the spindle 96.
