PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a building that is provided with a structure having a plurality of portal frames separately disposed in parallel and connected together and that can sufficiently resist a horizontal force acting on the portal frames. SOLUTION: A plurality of portal frames 4, in which a pair of column members 2 and a beam member 3 are joined together in a portal shape, are separately disposed in parallel, and connected together. A wall 11 is disposed in the state of facing the portal frame 4, which is positioned on an end side, among the plurality of portal frames 4, and provided with a plurality of wing walls 12. Thus, since a horizontal force acting on the portal frames 4 in a direction orthogonal to the beam member 3 is received by the wing walls 12, the horizontal force acting on the portal frames 4 can be sufficiently resisted.
