<p>The invention relates to a ship drive having a hubless propeller, comprising the following components and characteristics: - a rotor (1) having a rotor ring (3) made of carbon steel; - a plurality of rotor blades borne by the rotor ring, which point radially inward; - a stator having a laminated stator core; - a plurality of permanent magnets (6) borne by the rotor ring; - wherein the propeller is surrounded by a cylindrical flow-guiding housing (10); - wherein the housing wall is surrounded by a cylindrical tunnel wall (11); - wherein an annular gap having openings for the inlet and outlet of seawater is located between the flow-guiding housing and the tunnel wall; - and wherein radial positioning means are provided for radially positioning and fixing the flow-guiding housing relative to the tunnel wall.</p> |
