Provided is a thin film transistor display panel. The thin film transistor display panel according to an embodiment of the present invention comprises a gate line located on a substrate and including a gate electrode; a semiconductor layer consisting of an oxide semiconductor located on the substrate; a data line located on the substrate and crossing the gate line; a data wire layer comprising a source electrode connected with the data line and a drain electrode facing the source electrode; a polymer layer covering the source electrode and the drain electrode; and a protective film located on the polymer layer, wherein the data wire layer includes copper or copper alloy, and the polymer layer includes fluorocarbon.
