The present invention relates to an automatic teller machine which includes: a financial transaction input unit which receives the input of a financial transaction request; a first communication unit which communicates with a first server in order to process at least one part of multiple steps which correspond to the financial transaction request; a consulting service input unit which receives a consulting service request related to the financial transaction request in the multiple steps; an identification unit which identifies a step to which the consulting service request is inputted among the multiple steps by responding to the consulting service request; a financial transaction information generating unit which generates financial transaction information which corresponds to the identified step; and a second communication unit which requests a consulting service related to the identified step to a second server based on the financial transaction information.
