<p>PURPOSE: A capacity-variable control valve is provided to firmly seal a gap between a bellows and a support plate by welding the bellows and the support plate at room temperature. CONSTITUTION: A capacity-variable control valve comprises a bellows casing(100), a bellows assembly(200), a set screw(300), and a valve housing(400). The bellows casing has a through-hole at the bottom. The top of the bellows casing is opened. The bellows assembly is inserted into the opened top of the bellows casing. The set screw seals the through-hole and supports the bottom of a support plate. The valve housing receives a valve rod arranged in the top of a bellows of the bellows assembly and is coupled to the top of the bellows casing.</p> |
