<p>PURPOSE: A method for securing TV white space (TVWS) information using a digital television (DTV) broadcasting network and a TVWS terminal device thereof are provided for a digital television broadcasting station to transmit the information of TVWS through a broadcasting network. CONSTITUTION: A DTV receiving device (23) receives the TVWS information of TVWS transmitted from a DTV broadcasting station. A TVWS managing module (25) determines a usable channel from location information, information of the possibility of the use of each channel and the information of allowable output power of each channel included in the TVWS information received through the DTV receiving device.
