摘要 Disclosed is a method by which viscosity measurement and viscosity adjustment of a molten resin to be used for injection molding in an injection molding machine can be automatically performed. During an automatic operation for forming a molded product, a number of shot counting means (17) counts the number of shots for injecting a molten resin from an injection nozzle (3). When the counted number of shots reaches a preset predetermined numerical value, the viscosity of the molten resin injected from the injection nozzle (3) is automatically calculated. If the calculated viscosity of the molten resin is not in a predetermined resin viscosity range, a temperature control means (15) changes the temperature setting of a heating heater (10) to adjust the viscosity of the molten resin within the predetermined resin viscosity range. Thereafter, an automatic operation to repeat molding of molded products is restarted. Accordingly, during the automatic operation for continuously producing molded products by the injection molding machine, the viscosity measurement and the viscosity adjustment of the molten resin can be automatically performed.
