PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To surely position built-in parts coaxially to a unit case without requiring additional positioning parts in a capacitor microphone unit incorporating a electrostatic acoustic electric transducer and a circuit board in the unit case. SOLUTION: An acoustic electric transducer and a circuit board as built-in parts are housed in a unit case 10, then pressing force is applied to a plurality of points (preferably three points arranged at equal intervals) in a circumferential direction of a cylindrical part of the unit case 10 from the outer peripheral surface side within a range in which built-in parts exist in an axial direction of the unit case 10 to partially and plastically deform a cylindrical part 10c to the inside of the radial direction, to form a rib 50 contacting with an outside diameter surface of the built-in part, and to position the built-in part coaxially to the unit case 10.
