PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a leakage inspection method of a pressure control valve that can examine leakage of the pressure control valve easily and can specify whether generating of leakage is in primary side or in a secondary side. SOLUTION: The leakage inspection method of the pressure control valve 31 carries out pressure adjustment of an ink from an ink tank and supplies the ink to an inkjet head 24. The method includes: a primary side inspection step which carries out leakage inspection in a condition of valve closing of a valve 43; and a primary and secondary sides inspection step which carries out leakage inspection in a condition of valve opening of the valve 43. The primary side inspection step is a step which makes the secondary side atmospheric pressure, gives positive pressure to the primary side, and carries out leakage inspection, the primary and secondary sides inspection step is either: a step which gives negative pressure to the secondary side in a condition that a primary side upstream end is blockaded, and carries out leakage inspection; a step which gives positive pressure to the secondary side in a condition that a primary side upstream end is blockaded and carries out leakage inspection; or a step which gives negative pressure to the primary side in a condition that a secondary side down-stream end is blockaded, and carries out leakage inspection.
