A composition for a transparent adhesive sheet, having good curability, and does not corrode a conductive layer even though a transparent adhesive sheet obtained therefrom is directly attached to a conductive surface, having good step adhesiveness to a metal wiring or a printing frame and transparency, is provided. The present invention includes (A) 65-85 wt% of a (meth)acryl resin, (B) 10-30 wt% of polyoxyalkylene polyol, (C) 1.0-5.0 wt% of polyisocyanate, and (D) 0.005-0.1 wt% of a tin-based catalyst, and has an acid value of 0 to 5 mgKOH/g. The weight average molecular weight of the (A) (meth)acryl resin is 100,000 to 600,000, and the number average molecular weight of the (B) polyoxyalkylenepolyol is 500 to 1,500. |
