The present invention relates to a non-slip adhesive tape and a manufacturing method thereof. The present invention provides a non-slip adhesive tape and a manufacturing method thereof, wherein the non-slip adhesive tape is able to perform a non-slip function with a silica layer (11) formed on an adhesive layer (14) by attaching the adhesive layer (14) after removing a release paper (13) on an attached surface requiring non-slip, wherein a net base (12) having a net form is arranged on the release paper (13) in the contact state; the adhesive layer (14) has a structure that an adhesive (14a) is coated on the upper surface of the net base (12) by 100% as the adhesive (14a) is coated on the upper surface of the net base (12) and the release paper (13); an exfoliation space (S), where the adhesive is not penetrated on the contact area of the net base (12) and the release paper (13), is formed as the adhesive (14a) passed through the mesh part of the net base (12) is coated between the net base (12) and the release paper (13) by 70-90%; and the silica layer (11) is formed by evenly coating and fixating non-slip particles on the adhesive layer (14) on the upper surface of the net base (12). |
