The present invention relates to an apparatus for providing ammonia water having the function of preventing clog for a coke oven that facilitates the flow of coke oven gas by removing foreign materials such as tar included in ammonia water, thereby preventing clog. The apparatus for providing ammonia water having the function of preventing clog for a coke oven according to an embodiment of the present invention comprises: a tar-attaching plate installed on a high-pressure ammonia water supply pipe to be able to rise and fall so as to remove foreign materials in ammonia water moving along the high-pressure ammonia water supply pipe; a scraper attached to the inner circumference surface of the high-pressure ammonia water supply pipe so as to remove foreign materials attached to the front surface of the tar-attaching plate in the inflow direction of ammonia water; a cylinder having the end part of a rod, which is withdrawn so as to raise and lower the tar-attaching plate, combined with the tar-attaching plate; a foreign material discharge chute installed at the lower part of the high-pressure ammonia water supply pipe so as to accommodate foreign materials removed by the scraper; and an ammonia water nozzle installed at the end part of the high-pressure ammonia water supply pipe.
