<p>An apparatus for manufacturing an LCD(Liquid Crystal Display) panel is provided to maintain the inner temperature of a chamber uniform, smoothen air flow in the chamber to easily discharge a solvent and prevent loss of heat at the edge of a hot plate for providing heat to a substrate. An apparatus for manufacturing an LCD panel includes a chamber, a hot air supply unit(150), and an exhaust unit(170). The chamber loads a substrate(110). The hot air supply unit includes a plurality of pipes(151) for uniformly supplying hot air into the chamber. The exhaust unit includes a plurality of exhaust pipes(171) for smoothly exhausting the hot air from the chamber.</p> |
