<p>The present invention relates to a method for recollecting valuable metal whereby iron is effectively refined and removed from a nickel-iron compound. The method for recollecting valuable metal comprises: a leaching step in which a leach solution containing divalent iron ions by leaching the nickel-iron compound with an acid solution; an iron ion oxidation step in which the oxidized leach solution is obtained by adding an oxidant to the leach solution to oxidize the divalent iron to a trivalent iron ion; an iron extracting step in which an iron extract is obtained by adding an organic solvent to the oxidized leach solution and extracting a trivalent iron ion; and an iron precipitation step in which a valuable metal solution is obtained by adding alkali to the iron extract to precipitate and remove the residual iron. According to the present invention, high-grade valuable metal can be recollected by effectively refining or removing iron from the nickel-iron compound containing iron in large amounts.</p> |
