PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To efficiently and securely prevent a branch line from being in an overload state.SOLUTION: A power history storage unit 21 stores a history of power transmitted in a trunk line 3. A pattern storage unit 22 extracts a time variation pattern of power measured during a predetermined period until a branch breaker trips from the power history storage unit 21, and stores the pattern. An overload estimation unit 23 estimates occurrence of overload in each branch line by comparing a time variation pattern of power transmitted in the trunk line 3 and the time variation pattern of power stored in the pattern storage unit 22. |
