摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide bond flux such that no iron particle projection is formed on a surface of a top bead, the top bead and a reverse bead both have stable bead shapes and appearances, no welding defect is caused, and molten metal with superior mechanical performance is obtained in a three or more multielectrode high-speed one-side submerged arc welding. SOLUTION: The bond flux contains, by mass, 10-30% SiO<SB POS="POST">2</SB>, 4-16% Al<SB POS="POST">2</SB>O<SB POS="POST">3</SB>, 8-26% MgO, 0.5-5.0% MnO, 2-14% CaO, 1.0-8.0% CaF<SB POS="POST">2</SB>, 3-15% TiO<SB POS="POST">2</SB>, 1.0-5.0% Na<SB POS="POST">2</SB>O, 0.1-3.0% B<SB POS="POST">2</SB>O<SB POS="POST">3</SB>, 15-40% Fe, 1.0-5.0% Si, and 0.1-3.0% Mo. The flux has grain sizes of 850μm or larger by 20-45%, 300-850μm by 40-75%, 150-300μm by 3-15%, 150μm by 5% or less in terms of mass%, and also has an apparent density of 0.90-1.30 g/cm<SP POS="POST">3</SP>.
