PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a pressure-sensitive adhesive sheet or the like for sticking to a metallic surface, which can be stuck to the metallic surface without causing the corrosion of the metallic surface and can be stuck to the metallic surface with exhibition of excellent pressure-sensitive properties and optical properties. SOLUTION: The pressure-sensitive adhesive sheet or the like for sticking to the metal surface is a pressure-sensitive adhesive sheet or the like for direct sticking to a metal surface, wherein the pressure-sensitive adhesive sheet or the like has a pressure-sensitive adhesive layer which is made from an acrylic pressure-sensitive adhesive in which the base polymer comprises an acrylic polymer comprising the main monomer component being≥50% wt.% of a (meth)acrylic ester based on the total amount of monomer components and a copolymerizable monomer component containing a nitrogen-containing comonomer and not containing a carboxyl-containing copolymer (especially acidic-group-containing comonomer).
