PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a laser decorating device for vehicle interior parts capable of accurately drawing pictures on surfaces of the vehicle interior parts without displacement. SOLUTION: In the laser decorating device 1, a CCD camera 6 shoots a recognition mark 9 of a part installation jig, and detects a position thereof. A shape sensor 7 detects the shape of the vehicle interior part 2 installed in a receiving jig 4. A CPU 11 calculates the virtual shape of the vehicle interior part 2 installed in the receiving jig 4 based on the detection result of the recognition mark 9 by the CCD camera 6, and finds the displacement amount between the virtual shape and the detection shape by the shape sensor 7. The CPU 11 drives a robot 5 based on the displacement amount, and moves the receiving jig 4 so that the virtual shape corresponds to the detection shape.
