PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a radiation exposure protection apparatus which is capable of further reducing the radiation exposure of persons engaged in medical cares, improves workability and is easy to use, the apparatus being used for dosing a patient with radiopharmaceuticals. SOLUTION: The present invention relates to a movable screen-type radiation exposure protection apparatus 1 in which a front panel 3 and a side panel 5 are disposed and concatenated in an L shape. The front panel 3 has an upper half surface comprised of a transparent radiation shielding plate 13 and a lower half surface comprised of a non-transparent radiation shielding plate 15, includes an opening 19 through which an arm can be inserted into a lower part of the upper half surface radiation shielding plate 13, and shields radioactive rays. The side panel 5 has an upper part comprised of a transparent radiation shielding plate 14 and an another part comprised of a non-transparent radiation shielding plate 16, includes an opening 20 through which a radiopharmaceutical dosage device 200 can be operated, in a lower portion of the upper part radiation shielding plate 14 and shields radioactive rays. Further, tables 7, 9 to place the arm of a patient thereon are mounted on front and rear sides of the front panel 3 in accordance with a position of a lower end portion of the opening 19 provided in the front panel 3.
