摘要 The present invention relates a far IR radiating film laminating fiber which is excellent in thermal insulation and a permeable and waterproof property, and a screen using the same. The manufacturing method of a far IR radiating film laminating fiber having excellent thermal insulation and an excellent permeable and waterproof property of the present invention is characterized by manufacturing a far IR radiating film laminating fiber by injecting water absorbing nanostate silica particulates to polyurethane resin having an excellent water permeability, and injecting Group IV transition metal oxide as a material for heat storage and thermal insulation to manufacture a coating solution; casting the manufactured coating solution on a release paper to form a functional film; and bonding the functional film to a cloth to laminate. The far IR radiating film laminating fiber having excellent thermal insulation and a permeable and waterproof property, and a screen using the same absorb infrared rays by injecting water absorbing nanostate silica particulates and a specific material for heat storage and thermal insulation to a resin having an excellent water permeability, and form a thermal insulating layer with vacuum beads. The far IR radiating film laminating fiber having excellent thermal insulation and an excellent permeable and waterproof property, and a screen using the same are manufactured by a film with a predetermined thickness, which is formed with a composition showing far IR radiation and anti-bacterial functions by adding zeolite, and then laminating the film with a fiber, thereby showing an excellent thermal insulation, and having a permeable and waterproof function as well as anti-bacterial and far IR radiation functions. The far IR radiating film laminating fiber having thermal insulation and a permeable and waterproof property, and a screen using the same do not require an additional device for electrical heating, and become thin and light. The present invention solves problems of the conventional method by providing a thermal insulating fiber semi-permanently having an excellent effect of the temperature rising effect in clothes by 5-8°C in a self-heating method.
