The present invention relates to a prefabricated building finishing material with a solar reflector. The prefabricated building finishing material comprises a frame (10) sealed by a transparent plate (40); a reflector (20) which is disposed on the inside of the frame and includes hemispherical sections formed in layers; and a solar collection pipe (30) in which fluid, whose temperature is raised by the reflector, circulates and is disposed on an exterior wall of a building. The prefabricated building finishing material makes sunlight and collected heat evenly distributed according to solar heat changed by the position of the sun according to a solar azimuth and a solar altitude angle which are changed by seasons and time. Therefore, the prefabricated building finishing material is capable of obtaining greater thermal efficiency per unit area than a conventional solar reflector, thereby accomplishing common objectives for being used as a building material and a solar collection device which use a small space in the building. |
