The present invention relates to a method for producing a sheet having a three-dimensional wood grain patterns. The method comprises: a first step (S1) of producing three-dimensional wood grain on a wood material; a second step (S2) of finely processing the surface of the three-dimensional wood grain; a third step (S3) of adding the wood material having the finely processed three-dimensional wood grain in a frame and adding a liquid epoxy resin in the top of the three-dimensional wood grain; a fourth step (S4) of obtaining a composition by completely hardening the liquid epoxy resin in order to be separated; a fifth step (S5) of producing a mold having a spatial part obtained by pressing the composition by means of molding sand and by separating the composition; a sixth step (S6) of putting the molding sand on the top of the spatial part of the mold, smelting metals or nonferrous metals in a feeding hole formed in the mold in order to be fed and cooled in the spatial part of the mold, and completing a casted product; and a seventh step (S7) of producing a sheet having three-dimensional wood grain patterns sequentially by producing a mold, by post-processing the completed casted product, by contacting a sheet with the top of the mold, and by vacuum-absorbing the same through a pump. In the present invention, a user can appreciate natural beautiful wood grain and feel the same texture as the surface of a raw wood material. |
