The present invention relates to a primer set to detect and/or determine causes leading to bacterial respiratory diseases in pigs, a composition comprising the same, and a method for detecting causes of bacterial respiratory diseases in pigs which can detect causes of bacterial respiratory diseases in pigs by using the composition. 4 types of causes (A. pleuropneumoniae,A. suis,H. parasuis,S.suis) of bacterial respiratory diseases in pigs can be selectively and/or simultaneously detected and/or determined by using the detecting method.
