<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for manufacturing a cement which can be suitably used for reducing the concentration of high volatile heavy metals such as organic chlorine compounds such as dioxin in an exhaust gas exhausted from a cement production process and mercury. <P>SOLUTION: The method for manufacturing a cement comprises a cement production process of using the exhaust gas exhausted from the upper part of a suspension preheater of the cement firing facility for drying raw materials of cement in a raw material pulverizing process, discharging the exhaust gas into the atmosphere after separating the exhaust gas exhausted from the raw material pulverizing process from the cleaned exhaust gas and the collected dust in a dust collector and feeding the collected dust to the upper part of a suspension preheater as a part of the raw materials of cement, and further comprises (A) a process for exhausting the part of the collected dust from a circulation route of a production method for cement clinker, (B) a process for introducing the collected dust exhausted by the process (A) into a heating device to heat treatment in a reducing atmosphere, (C) a process for quickly cooling the collected dust which is heat treated by the process (B), and (D) a process for returning the collected dust quickly cooled by the process (C) into the circulation route of the production method for cement clinker to feed the collected dust again as the raw materials of cement from the upper stand of the suspension preheater. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2009,JPO&INPIT</p> |
