Provided is an operating vehicle, which utilizes the power except for the power that drives the engine to drive operation and gives the idling suspending function an effective play. Under the state of utilizing the idling suspending function to stop an engine E, the idling suspending function is removed when the open time of the vehicle door (12a) is beyond or equal to the regulated time. Under the state of making the engine E stop by utilizing the idling suspending function, within the period ahead of the time that the open time of the vehicle door (12a) is beyond or equal to the regulated time, the operating switch (22c) is operated, thus to limit the removing of the idling suspending function and make the idling suspending function continue. Even the idling suspending function is utilized to stop the engine E, after the operator operates the rubbish collection apparatus (20) outside the cab (12), the idling suspending function can still be utilized to start the engine E. |
