PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for producing crystallized glass for precisely controlling thermal expansion characteristics of crystallized glass, more particularly, a method for producing crystallized glass for precisely controlling a gradient of a CTE (Coefficient of Thermal Expansion)-temperature curve in a desired temperature range and an average coefficient of linear expansion. SOLUTION: The method for producing crystallized glass includes a step of heat treating glass, wherein the step of heat treating glass includes at least a temperature elevation step and a temperature falling step, and an average coefficient of linear expansion in a desired temperature range is adjusted by adjusting the temperature falling rate Vr in the temperature falling step.
