PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a monitoring controller useful for improvement in facility management which performs feature expansion of a label sheet which is an operation support function and urges an operator to remove a label sheet whose effective period has passed by displaying a visual and auditory guidance in a monitoring operation of a plant with a monitoring controller. SOLUTION: The monitoring controller includes a time management part 112 and a label sheet definition storage memory 109 for storing label sheet information including the effective period of each label sheet. When the effective period of a label sheet has passed, the controller informs an operator of it so as to remove the sheet.
