PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a new compound that largely reduces the hysteresis loss of rubber composition and largely improves abrasion resistance, an organosilicon compound composition containing the compound, a rubber composition, a primer composition, a coating composition, an adhesive and a tire using the rubber composition. SOLUTION: The organosilicon compound includes one or more reactive groups (a) to an organic substance and one or more structures (b) in which silicon atoms are bonded to each other by an atomic group containing a nitrogen atom.
