PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a board member of a vehicle seat, which can be dismounted with good workability while preventing degradation in the appearance as much as possible. SOLUTION: The board member 9 includes: an upper side board part 91 that can cover a part of an upper face of a seat back 6; and a rear side board part 92 that can cover the other part of the upper face of the seat back 6 and a rear face of the seat back 6. The board member is configured in such a manner that the upper side board part 91 and the rear side board part 92 are assembled to cover a part of the seat back 6 and that a segmenting line SL segmenting both the board parts from each other is laid on the upper face of the seat back 6 to oppose to a head rest 8.
