PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an open roof structure of a vehicle whose open roof structure has both long baggage carrying function and a theft protection function and when a roof is fully opened, regulates removal of a baggage stored in a roof housing space by utilizing roof members themselves without using other members. SOLUTION: At least one of roof members 4 is formed of a board-like hard roof. Behind a roof housing space 20, a trunk space 18 is provided, which is covered with an openable/closable trunk lid 19. A through-hole 11A is formed to communicatively connect the roof housing space 20 to the trunk space 18 in the front-to-rear direction.
