PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a magnetic sheet having outstanding property capable of further higher performance of an electronic equipment. SOLUTION: As to the method for manufacturing the magnetic sheet and the magnetic sheet, a method for manufacturing a base sheet 4 and a magnetic sheet which comprises a magnetic layer 3 obtained by hardening a magnetic paint 2 prepared on the base sheet 4 includes a coating process for coating the magnetic paint 2 on a transfer sheet 1, a laminating process in which the base sheet 4 that is a moisture permeable film and that is easier to adhere to the magnetic paint 2 than the transfer sheet 1 is laminated onto the magnetic paint 2, and a detachment process for detaching the transfer sheet 1 from the magnetic paint 2, and the magnetic sheet includes the base sheet 4 and the magnetic layer 3, and the base sheet 4 is a moisture permeable film.
