PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a bisected roller bearing, capable of suppressing the durability of the bearing from lowering, even if feeding a small amount of lubricating oil, and to provide a bearing device with the same. SOLUTION: The bisected roller bearing 1 has outer rings 2 bisected in a peripheral direction, a plurality of rollers 3 rolling on the inner periphery of the outer rings 2, and bisected holder 4a, 4b holding the respective roller 3 at equal intervals in the peripheral direction. Slopes 14 gradually sloped in the opposite direction relative to the rotational direction of bisected holder 4a, 4b as going from the outside in a radial direction toward the inside in a radial direction and scraping in the lubricating oil fed from feeding holes 13 of the outer rings 2 to the inside in the radial direction by the rotation of the bisected holders 4a, 4b are formed in the end faces 4a1, 4b1 of the bisected holders 4a, 4b in the peripheral direction.
