#CMT# #/CMT# The hose has an inner hose layer (2) impinged by fluid (1). An outer hose layer (4) optionally surrounds a reinforcing layer (3). The reinforcing layer has reinforcing elements (5, 5') that are in mesh-like connection with each other. The reinforcing layer exhibits a hybrid structure that is made of two different materials. The reinforcing elements are made of textile and/or metallic and/or ceramic and/or polymeric filaments. An outer layer is formed as an encapsulation unit and impregnation unit for the inner layer. The outer layer is formed for welding the reinforcing elements at connection points (6). #CMT#USE : #/CMT# Hose for use as a pressure hose for transporting fluid to a motor vehicle, for transporting drinking water and for transporting water for commercial or private horticulture. #CMT#ADVANTAGE : #/CMT# The reinforcing layer exhibits the hybrid structure that is made of two different materials, and the reinforcing elements are made of textile and/or metallic and/or ceramic and/or polymeric filaments, thus ensuring that the reinforcing layer is flexibly adapted to particular applications, and variably designing the hose with respect to flexibility, manufacturing cost, breaking resistance and reinforcing degree. The outer layer is formed for welding the reinforcing elements at the connection points, thus ensuring reliable operation of the reinforcing layer after prolonged use of the hose.
