In response to an electronic device accessing a URL associated with one of the telecommunication actions, the telecommunication action is carried out, at least in part, in a manner dependent on at least one of the telecommunication rules. The telecommunication system is configured to change the unique URL to a new unique URL in response to a telecommunication action and associate a different telecommunication action with the new unique URL and/or change a telecommunication action associated with the unique URL. |
