<p>An objective of the present invention is to allow a worker to safely perform a maintenance work. To this end, a method of changing a posture of a robot includes a fixing process, an installing process, a releasing process, and a changing process. In the fixing process, for a robot having an arm part constituted by a plurality of links rotatably coupled to the arm through a joint, the arm is fixed by installing a jig, which fixes the links, which are adjacent to the joint, to each other. In the installing process, a rotating unit to rotate the joint by an applied external force is installed on the joint. In the releasing process, the jig is separated to release the fixation of the arm. In the changing process, the external force is applied to the rotating unit and the joint is rotated to arbitrarily change the posture of the robot.</p> |
