The present invention relates to a decoration member including multiple metal layers and a method for manufacturing the same. A method for manufacturing a decoration member according to the present invention includes the steps of: forming a basic member; forming a first metallic layer on the top surface of the basic member; forming a second metallic layer on the top surface of the first metallic layer; forming a mask layer including a perforation pattern on the top surface of the second metallic layer; forming an etching pattern having the same shape as that of the perforation pattern on the second metallic layer by etching the second metallic layer formed on the mask layer. The present invention can provide the method for manufacturing the decoration element capable of rapidly forming the etching pattern having the same shape as that of the perforation pattern of the mask layer on the second metallic layer in mass production. Accordingly, the decorative member having a superior decorative sense can be provided through the combination of the colors and the shapes of the mask layer, the first metallic layer, and the second metallic layer.
