PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a compact dehumidifying and heating apparatus in which part of heat of a coolant may be efficiently exhausted.SOLUTION: A dehumidifying and heating apparatus comprises: a heat pump device 1 including a compressor 2, a condenser 3, throttle means 4, a vaporizer 5 and the like connected to one another through a duct for circulating a coolant; a first air circuit 9 in which a heating part 7 of the condenser 3 and the vaporizer 5 are provided and which includes a first air blower (first blowing means) 10 for sending air to the vaporizer 5 and the heating part 7; and a second air circuit 11 in which a heat exhausting part 8 of the condenser 3 is provided and which includes a second air blower (second blowing means) 12 for sending air to the air exhausting part 8. The first air circuit 9 works for dehumidification and heating, the second air circuit 11 works for exhausting heat of the condenser 3, and a coolant inlet side 3d of the condenser 3 is provided in the heat exhausting part 8. |
