<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enable anybody, when replenishing a liquid such as distilled water to a battery installed in an automobile, to easily, simply and quickly perform this work, though such work is very inconvenient, with the present general situation where injecting liquid while looking at a liquid attaching state by inserting a bar-shaped object for looking at a liquid level from an injection port, since an inside liquid is almost invisible from an outer side surface of the battery. <P>SOLUTION: An electrode as a liquid level sensor is installed on the lower side tip of a part abutting on a pipe of a funnel. Wiring is connected to an electric circuit composed of a transistor and LED. A vertically movable ring is fitted to the pipe. The ring is fixed by adjusting an interval between the electrode and the ring, and is inserted into the injection port of the battery. When injecting the liquid into the funnel, at a moment when a liquid level gathered in a cell contacts with the electrode, the liquid level is informed by lighting the LED. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2010,JPO&INPIT |
