PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To suppress uneven image density caused by melt sticking of a toner on a developing roller surface regardless of temperature or humidity, and to suppress image failure caused by shaping in a toner amount regulating member and melt sticking of a toner on the toner amount regulating member in a high temperature and high humidity environment.SOLUTION: An electrophotographic image forming apparatus includes: a developing roller 3 supplying a toner onto a surface of an electrophotographic photoreceptor 1 to form a toner image; and a toner regulating member 10 regulating a toner amount to be constant on the developing roller. The developing roller comprises a conductive shaft body, an elastic layer formed in a periphery of the conductive shaft body, and a surface layer formed on the surface of the elastic layer. The surface layer has a polymer unit having a specified siloxane dendrimer in a side chain and a styrene-based or acylate-based polymer unit. |
